Hands

 

 

The working group's members are staff, faculty, and administrators from across the university with expertises in planning, budgeting, prioritization, resource allocation, and assessment. They are serving for the first two years of the five year implentation timeframe (September 2017 Working Group Charge). Their roles and responsibilities are defined by the responsibility assignment matrix RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed). 

Accountable

Have ultimate ownership and decision authority over the effort, champion the effort across the University, and provide resources (time, attention, funding) to support successful outcomes

Responsible

Actually do the work to: develop processes, tools, and training, as well as to ensure that the work is completed on schedule, meets quality standards, and provides business value

Consulted

Have opinions, skills, and knowledge about the work and can validate and fine-tune the processes, tools and training developed by the Responsible Members

Supporting

Allocated to the Responsible Members to assist in completing the work

Informed

Those who need to be kept aware of the effort and its progress):  University, President’s Cabinet, Integrated Curriculum Committee, University Senate, and University Resource Planning Committee
